Our Story

Why We’re Called Wolfpack HR

WolfpackHR was born from a simple belief: businesses thrive when their people and their processes work in harmony.


After decades in HR leadership, business consulting, and training, founders Ammie and Jonathon Michaels saw a gap in the way small businesses and scaling startups approached their teams. Too often, leaders were overwhelmed by compliance complexities, unclear strategies, or team dynamics that pulled them away from their true vision.


We wanted to change that.
